Description

This baked fish is my easy and foolproof recipe for perfectly flaky fish, every time. A simple buttery flavour transforms simple fish fillets into a light and healthy weeknight dish.

Instructions

 
  1. Ensure the fish fillet is fully thawed.
  2. Season the fish with sweet paprika, salt and pepper.
  3. Line the fish under a parchment paper.
  4. On a another grill, add the veggies and season with salt & pepper. (optional: roast separately)
  5. Bake the ingredients in the air fryer for 9 minutes at 185C.
