Description
This baked fish is my easy and foolproof recipe for perfectly flaky fish, every time. A simple buttery flavour transforms simple fish fillets into a light and healthy weeknight dish.
Ingredients
- 1 fish fillet
- 1 cup zucchini (chopped/ sliced/ diced)
- 1 cup carrot (chopped/ sliced/ diced)
- powdered sweet paprika
- salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Ensure the fish fillet is fully thawed.
- Season the fish with sweet paprika, salt and pepper.
- Line the fish under a parchment paper.
- On a another grill, add the veggies and season with salt & pepper. (optional: roast separately)
- Bake the ingredients in the air fryer for 9 minutes at 185C.
