"Butter" Salmon with Rice

I love chilli butter chicken, but why not have it with fish instead? Using dairy free ingredients, this dish is perfect for those cutting down dairy, like myself. Of course you can substitute the dairy-fee milk with any milk or cream of choice, its totally up to you. Either way, it will taste amazing. It’s a must try recipe!



  1. Bake the salmon in the air fryer for 10 minutes at 180C.
  2. Cut the salmon into chunky pieces.
  3. In a pan, sauté the minced garlic, chili, and curry leaves until it produces an aromatic smell.
  4. Add milk into pan.
  5. Prepare corn starch slurry by mixing 1 tsp corn starch with 1 tbsp water.
  6. Add the corn starch slurry into the mix
  7. Stir the mixture and add in the salmon chunks.
  8. Season with salt & pepper.
  9. Serve with 1 cup white rice.
