Description

This seared salmon pasta is one of my all-time favorite. It’s incredibly flavorful, creamy and a healthy dinner/lunch recipe that’s made in under 30 minutes!

  1. Boil pasta until al dente. Remember to keep the pasta water! 1/4 cup of pasta water is sufficient.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, start preparing the protein. Season each side of the salmon with salt and pepper.
  3. Sear the salmon with skin side down first. 
  4. Sear each side for 2-3 minutes at medium to high heat.
  5. Set the fish aside and using the same pan, saute the chopped garlic.
  6. Add in pasta water, feta cheese, ground pepper and oregano.
  7. Once the feta cheese is mixed homogenously, add in the spinach with the pasta.
  8. Mix everything until all the pasta is covered with the feta sauce.
  9. Serve with the beautiful seared salmon.
  10. Enjoy!
