Lentil soup is such a hearty soup to indulge. Today, we will only be boiling and blending, which makes the soup easier to prepare. Hearty, delicious, high protein and fat free recipe! How can it get better than this?

  1. Soak the red lentil with warm water for 5 minutes.
  2. Boil all the vegetables until cooked and season with nutmeg, turmeric, salt & pepper.
  3. Blend everything in a blender and serve!
