Description
This roasted tomato soup is healthy and easy to make. Just roast all the veggies in the air fryer and blend them together in your blender!
Ingredients
- 1 whole tomato
- 1/2 cup cherry tomato
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup basil leaves
- 1 tsp oregano
- salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Bake the ingredients in the air fryer for 5 minutes at 200C.
- Dump the ingredients in a blender.
- Season with oregano, salt & pepper to taste.
- Serve with sourdough bread (optional)
