Description

This roasted tomato soup is healthy and easy to make. Just roast all the veggies in the air fryer and blend them together in your blender!

  1. Bake the ingredients in the air fryer for 5 minutes at 200C.
  2. Dump the ingredients in a blender.
  3. Season with oregano, salt & pepper to taste.
  4. Serve with sourdough bread (optional)
